  • Guide young individuals in a variety of educational, recreational, or social endeavors aligned with program objectives.
  • Cultivate positive connections with a wide range of individuals, such as staff, youth, volunteers, and program site leadership, showcasing exceptional public relations skills.
  • Adhere to YMCA policies and standards diligently.
  • Prioritize the safety of children by maintaining hazard-free environments and refraining from any activities that could jeopardize their welfare.
  • Provide continuous supervision to youth and implement effective disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Take charge of customer service responsibilities, including welcoming parents, addressing inquiries, and keeping abreast of program developments.
  • Ensure that the unique needs of each youth are addressed for seamless program coordination.
  • Execute any additional tasks as delegated.
