Reporting to the manager, the Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies within the company. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of procurement for company supplies.
  • Implement bar code labeling for efficient tracking of inventory.
  • Organize and store supplies in designated areas.
  • Maintain real-time inventory records and conduct regular audits.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization in the inventory storage facilities.
  • Utilize inventory control systems effectively to manage stock levels.
  • Regularly replenish stock in various departments based on demand.
  • Compile and display supply lists in key areas for easy access.
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill supply requisitions promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in inventory control or supply chain management.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
