The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to patients at Southeast’s medical facility. They are knowledgeable about clinic processes, handle patient inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling. Working collaboratively with the healthcare team, they ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows department protocols for patient data privacy and security. Adheres to infection control guidelines and hygiene practices.
