Main Responsibilities
The primary duty of this role is to ensure the efficient functioning of the clinic’s patient flow. Team members will act as the main point of contact for patients, handling appointment scheduling, organizing necessary paperwork prior to visits, welcoming patients, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the position involves processing clinic service charges, submitting insurance claims, addressing inquiries from patients and insurance providers, and managing relevant departmental data. It also involves coordinating and arranging the initial patient intake by liaising with clients. Supporting the collection of essential forms and permissions for the intake process, the Program Coordinator is responsible for accessing various platforms (e.g., Adobe Sign, Trayt, Fax) to collect intake information for the initial appointment. Engaging with clients as the frontline representative for service delivery, the role necessitates proactive problem-solving, appointment rescheduling when required, and the distribution of vital information to the appropriate clinicians for scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
Must possess a High School diploma or GED. Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or similar roles for at least 1 year is required. Additional education may serve as a substitute for the experiential prerequisite.

Compensation Information
