Serene Oasis Senior Living is searching for a part-time Weekend Guest Services Associate with a focus on senior care hospitality. This role involves greeting residents, visitors, potential employees, suppliers, vendors, and external service providers in a welcoming and professional manner daily. You represent the primary point of contact for all individuals approaching our facility!
Below are some key responsibilities of the Guest Services Associate:
- Handle incoming phone calls, direct voicemails, manage emails, and written correspondence for the Executive Team.
- Be the initial responder in emergency situations triggered by resident alert systems.
- Conduct daily checks on resident interactions via alert systems, particularly following up with those showing no activity.
- Resolve issues raised by residents, visitors, vendors, and suppliers in a manner aligned with the organizational goals and ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved. Prevent escalation of difficult situations.
- Accept and document delivery packages, promptly notifying recipients.
- Create maintenance requests upon resident and staff member requests.
- Assist the Executive Team with various projects and tasks.
Here are some qualifications we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism and tact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment such as fax and postage machines
- Excellent telephone communication skills
