Assisting the operations team in various administrative tasks and providing support across different departments within the organization. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: organizing and maintaining files, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Upholding the organizational values of professionalism and efficiency at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including receiving and directing visitors.
- Assist with data entry and document preparation for meetings and presentations.
- Support staff with arranging travel plans and accommodations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, both written and verbal.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist in special projects and events as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred

Certification in Office Management a plus
