Position Overview

Marketing Associates are expected to showcase creativity, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities while developing campaigns, analyzing market trends and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for campaign development and client engagement following specific guidelines and strategies
  • Achieve set goals for market research and trend analysis
  • Follow procedures for evaluating campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Deliver exceptional client service using innovative tools for enhanced client satisfaction
  • Implement communication strategies effectively for optimal campaign results
  • Ensure efficient management of client portfolios
  • Execute other marketing support tasks accurately

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • No previous marketing experience required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, French)
  • Background in brand management
