Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional weekend events.
