Position Summary:
Schedule: Part-time role requiring 16 to 20 hours per week, from 4 pm to 8 pm with rotational weekend shifts
We are seeking a team member who will deliver top-notch service across different areas of our facility as assigned. Responsibilities include delivering meal carts to designated units, assisting with meal preparation at bedside, handling tray disposal, maintaining cleanliness, serving food, and providing support to guests and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Critical Duties
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate receipts.
Utilize various kitchen tools to prepare and handle food items for cooking and serving.
Ensure workstations and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
Set up stations with food items, condiments, and utensils.
Assist with stocking duties in service areas.
Shift Details:
Work 16 to 20 hours weekly, from 4 pm to 8 pm with weekend rotations.

- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience
- Previous food service experience is desirable.
Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer use is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food handling.
- Demonstrated professionalism and positive attitude.
- Effective in giving directions and responding to queries.
- Open to learning and development opportunities.
- Compliance with dress code standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
Physical Requirements
Physical
- Good visual acuity, mobility, and ability to focus.
- Standing for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
- Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 35 pounds.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
Environmental
- Primarily indoors, but may involve outdoor activities.
- Work environment may vary in temperature.
- Moderate to loud noise levels may be present.
