Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently take orders.
• Address guest inquiries or requests courteously and professionally.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Adhere to recipe cards meticulously to ensure each beverage and treat meets quality standards and guests receive consistent service.
• Complete opening and closing tasks for each work area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment consistently.
• Effectively communicate with team members for smooth workflow.
• Handle ingredients and supplies appropriately to ensure freshness and safety.
