Position Summary
We are looking for caring and devoted Personal Care Assistants to deliver crucial support and assistance to individuals within their residences. Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
• Prepare meals and guarantee proper nutritional intake for clients.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to encourage self-sufficiency.
• Maintain a tidy and secure living environment for clients.
• Accurately document medical details and uphold necessary records.
• Efficiently communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers about care plans and any alterations in client health.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to health routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to boost clients’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare settings such as nursing homes, personal care assistance, or elder care is advantageous.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a positive attribute.
• Thorough knowledge of daily living activities and proficiency in assisting clients with these tasks.
• Exceptional communication abilities and precise medical documentation skills.
• A clean background check is mandatory prior to employment.

Employment Type: Part-time

Compensation: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
