Role Duties

• Offer companionship and support to clients in their homes.
• Engage clients in various activities to enhance their daily living experience.
• Ensure clients’ well-being through attentive monitoring and reporting.
• Assist clients with movement and activities with care and consideration.
• Maintain a pleasant and secure environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs.
• Record client interactions meticulously according to company standards.
• Cultivate positive connections with clients to promote their overall happiness.

Requirements

• Prior experience in companionship roles is preferred.
• Good knowledge of companionship practices and client interaction techniques.
• Capability to assist clients comfortably and safely as required.
• A compassionate demeanor with outstanding communication skills.
• Familiarity with companionship protocols is a bonus.
• Experience in working with individuals in need of companionship is advantageous.
• Access to reliable transportation to reach client locations may be needed.
