Position Responsibilities

This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing client accounts, and ensuring service excellence while adhering to established company procedures and guidelines.

The position is full-time with varied shifts, comprising a minimum of 40 hours per week and may involve occasional additional hours depending on operational requirements. Initial health and dental coverage may not be provided by the employer.

Additional Criteria

  • A background check through the Human Resources Department may be conducted for final applicants. Successful completion of this check is mandatory.
