    Job Overview
    As a Client Service Representative, you play a key role in handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. Tasks include processing orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records. Punctuality, physical presence, and adherence to set schedules are crucial aspects of this position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer requests promptly and courteously.
    • Ensure the accurate processing of customer orders based on specified procedures.
    • Monitor order processing times to guarantee timely delivery and replenishment.
    • Set up and restock service areas with necessary items, observe nutritional requirements, and meet customer needs.
    • Serve customers with appropriate portion sizes, adhering to nutritional guidelines and customer preferences.
    • Deliver or retrieve food and beverages from classrooms as needed.
    • Unload and store deliveries according to storage guidelines and food safety precautions.
    • Maintain detailed records like food usage, leftover counts, and meal numbers served.
    • Keep work areas sanitary and well-organized.
    • Clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, and serving baskets.
    • Receive and document deliveries, keeping track of inventory levels.
    • Adhere to safety regulations.
    • Work at various food service locations across the region as required.
    • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records from a la carte sales.
    • Attend department meetings and training sessions as necessary.

    Desired Skills and Knowledge

    • Familiarity with operating a range of kitchen equipment.
    • Experience using electrical appliances, hand tools, etc.
    • Understanding and compliance with Health Department guidelines.
    • Ability to foster positive relationships.
    • Basic reading and mathematical proficiency.
    • Familiarity with Health Department regulations.

    Education and Requirements
    High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred.
    Certification as a Food Handler or willingness to obtain within six months

    Decision-Making Responsibility
    Willingness to accept direction and work within established parameters. Suggestions are welcomed but compliance with instructions is necessary.
