Event Services Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests at Breese Stevens Field. They are primarily stationed in our exclusive event areas and high-end ticket sections. As they often interact with prestigious guests and partners, exceptional customer service skills are a key requirement.

Key duties include:

  • Supervising the catering setups in designated event zones across the venue.
  • Monitoring food temperatures and availability of menu selections.
  • Ensuring that buffet stations, utensils, and condiment counters are fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Collaborating with event leads and beverage management staff to prepare suites and premium areas before the start of each event.
  • Following F&B Management instructions to uphold hygiene and safety standards as per the Dept. of Public Health regulations.
  • Fostering a positive, secure, and enjoyable work atmosphere.

Event Services Coordinators are recruited for the seasonal outdoor events at Breese Stevens Field, typically from mid-April to late October. This part-time, hourly role entails working evenings and late afternoons, including weekdays and weekends. Event Services Coordinators are eligible for tips.
