We are seeking a part-time team member available to assist us on Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and share our passion for providing exceptional service. The Fulfillment Associate role involves a range of tasks crucial to our retail and distribution operations, reporting to the Fulfillment Team Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment Team Leader and Kitchen Staff to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Prepare and organize supplies necessary for daily operations.
• Weigh and package items accurately and efficiently.
• Handle retail and online order processing.
• Support customers with order pickups and deliveries.
• Contribute to inventory management and communicate requirements to the relevant teams.
• Maintain a hygienic workspace and ensure cleanliness at all times.
• Perform any additional duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS (Skills & Attributes):

• Passionate about quality products and services.
• Available for part-time work, occasional weekends, and some evening shifts.
• Exhibit professionalism, discretion, and tact in all interactions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during work shifts.
• Proficient in operating various equipment and tasks like weighing, sealing, and packaging.
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, with assistance provided as needed.
• Adept at navigating work areas efficiently.
