Primary responsibilities include:

<li>Monitoring patients for safety and staff well-being</li>
<li>Observing and reporting any changes in patients’ conditions or behaviors to medical staff</li>
<li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization in patient rooms</li>
<li>Assisting in repositioning patients to prevent pressure sores</li>
<li>Proper utilization of alarms for fall prevention</li>
<li>Accurate and timely documentation of activities using designated tools</li>
<li>Consistent attendance and punctuality</li>
