  • Pay Range: $16.00 to $25.50 per hour, based on skills and qualifications.
  • Extra Compensation: Additional $3.00 per hour until 5/1/25
  • Shift Incentives:
o Extra $1.50 per hour for late evening shifts or weekend hours
o Extra $2.00 per hour for night shifts
o Extra $5.00 per hour for weekend night shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist team members in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

  • Train and mentor new employees on the duties of a Customer Service Specialist.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management in both routine and urgent situations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely input of data into computer systems for customer records.

  • Escort clients to designated areas using appropriate means of transportation as needed.

  • Move equipment between locations and ensure cleanliness and functionality; Manage maintenance and repair processes for equipment if needed.

  • Distribute and replace medical supplies throughout the facility as requested.

  • Perform regular maintenance and restocking of service carts.

  • Act as a maintenance and inventory specialist responsible for the care and oversight of specific equipment within the company.

  • Execute department-specific tasks and roles defined in organizational guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written directions.

Focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work effectively in team settings.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Additional certifications or licenses may be required based on departmental needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
