Role Summary:

Executes standard patient care, assistance, and support following the permissible scope of practice and in line with established care standards, guidelines, and protocols. Integrates a blend of training, technical proficiency, and interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration with patients, their family or support network, and fellow healthcare professionals. Utilizes discerning judgment and honed clinical expertise to assist in executing the patient’s care plan aligned with the diagnosis promptly. Complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, statutes, policies, and procedures to ensure confidentiality and safety in the provision of superior patient care.

Salary Range: $30.78 to $36.91 / hour

The pay scale associated with this position may vary depending on location, either above or below the specified range. This scale does not account for any geographical differentials that may be applicable in the area where the role is to be filled. Compensation is influenced by various factors, such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, licenses, certifications, department equity, training, and organizational requirements.
