Position Overview

Responsible for managing the customer service department, including handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties involve coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues, maintaining records, and continuously improving processes. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
