<p><b>Summary </b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>The Customer Service Representative, under the guidance of the team leader, provides exemplary service to clients. Assists with administrative tasks as required.</p></li>

<p><b>General Hours of Work </b></p>

<li><p>8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday), occasional overtime. (9:00am – 5:00 pm)</p></li>
</ul>

<p><b>Education and/or Experience </b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in customer service is valued but not mandatory.</p></li>
</ul>

<p><b>Skills and Qualifications </b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with computer systems and data entry skills is a plus.</p></li>
</ul>
