Adventure Oasis Resort is in search of a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a front desk/grotto bar attendant. The ideal candidate will facilitate a seamless check-in process for our guests, assist with any inquiries they may have, and take orders for delicious food and beverages at the grotto bar. This role offers a laid-back atmosphere and a great opportunity to engage with visitors from various backgrounds!

We currently have part-time positions available, with weekend availability being a must. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older as alcohol service is required.

The typical hours for this role include shifts on Thursday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays from 9am to 9:30pm, and Sundays from 9am to 5:30pm. The weekly workload is around 15-20 hours, with shifts lasting between 5 to 8 hours.

Responsibilities & Duties:

-Guide guests through check-ins, admissions, and provide wristbands.

-Respond to inquiries regarding the resort’s amenities, attractions, and policies.

-Handle guest issues or feedback with professionalism.

-Utilize a point-of-sale system for processing admissions, bar transactions, and retail sales.

-Accurately take and fulfill food and beverage orders from customers at the grotto bar.

-Prepare and serve drinks and food items.

-Execute opening and closing procedures for respective areas.

-Offer assistance during special occasions, birthday celebrations, and group reservations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Starting from $16.50 per hour
