BUSINESS ASSOCIATE – job post

Join our dynamic team as a pivotal member, serving as the primary liaison for the Care Center. The Business Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing the business operations associated with patient care services and providing personalized care within the facility. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing capacity programs, facilitating pre-admission and admissions processes, handling registrations, updating census data, managing medical records, coordinating schedules, booking operating rooms and procedures, managing unit reception, and fulfilling other essential duties as required.

1. Completion of high school diploma or equivalent qualification
2. Strong interpersonal abilities essential for effective communication and collaboration with Care Center team members
3. Prior experience in healthcare administration spanning from six to nine months to familiarize with healthcare protocols and procedures
4. Proficiency in keyboarding and fundamental computer competencies
5. Familiarity with medical terminologies is an advantage
6. Successful completion of the Business Associate training program and orientation based on competencies
7. Competence in understanding insurance processes
