Position Title:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing data analytics and performance metrics, ensuring timely response to changes and improvements.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Analyze and document data accurately and effectively. (30%)
• Monitor performance indicators and system operations. Report any anomalies to relevant stakeholders. (30%)
• Maintain operational efficiency and organization of data systems. (10%)
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and systems efficiently. (20%)
• Support other departmental initiatives as required. (10%)
• Execute additional tasks as delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Training in data analysis and project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

Preferred

• Prior experience in business intelligence or data science.
