• $3,000 signing bonus for full-time
• $1,500 signing bonus for part-time

• Candidates who are selected for and accept a Marketing Specialist position, either full-time or part-time, are eligible for the signing bonus. Part-time hires will receive a prorated bonus, and per diem hires are not eligible.

• Current employees of our company are not eligible, and former employees must wait at least 6 months after leaving their position to be considered for a signing bonus.
• The Marketing Specialist role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to create impactful marketing campaigns and strategies. Analyzing market trends, organizing promotional events, and managing digital marketing efforts are key responsibilities of this position.

• Work hours are typically from 9am to 5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break, but there is flexibility for the right candidate.

Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to support the organization’s goals. Collaborating with various teams, the Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving brand awareness and engagement.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• License/Certifications: Marketing certification a plus.
• Experience: Previous marketing experience is a bonus but not required.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong communication and project management skills.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
