XYZ Healthcare Center is currently in search of a temporary Pharmacy Technician. Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and in close consultation with the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will undertake various responsibilities including assisting in medication preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
This position is full time with a 40-hour work week
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Pharmacy Technician’s duties involve a range of tasks based on daily assignments:
Compounding and dispensing medications
Inventory maintenance and restocking
Assisting customers with prescription inquiries
Perform data entry and maintain patient records
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
Assisting in administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and procedures
