BRCC is seeking a full-time customer service representative/client relations specialist to join the Student Services team. This role will involve direct interaction with students and assisting them in various aspects of their academic journey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and visitors
- Assist students with enrollment, course registration, and academic inquiries
- Handle telephone and email inquiries from students and the public
- Maintain accurate student records and assist in data entry tasks
- Coordinate student events and activities
- Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty members
May be assigned additional tasks as needed. In case of emergencies, may be required to provide support to the institution or public authorities.
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
