Minimum Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a university with a minimum of six (6) credits for the upcoming fall/spring and/or summer semesters is essential.
- A satisfactory background check is mandatory for this role.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in using communication devices such as two-way radios is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist university students and visitors by providing campus-related information and support both over the phone and in person at designated locations.
- Respond promptly to any calls on the two-way radio system.
- Manage the establishment’s “lost & found” section efficiently.
- Handle the issuance of parking permits and student identification cards.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated by supervisors.
Working Hours/Salary:
- Students are expected to commit 15-19 hours per week per semester, depending on availability and operational needs.
- Starting salary is $12.00 per hour, with the possibility of a $0.25 raise for each subsequent year of service.
