Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Organize and prepare laboratory samples for external testing facilities.
2. Receive and process specimens from couriers and transport personnel.
3. Properly place samples on analysis systems.
4. Manage requests for additional tests on existing samples.
5. Handle requests for cancelling tests.
6. Offer professional phone assistance and information to customers.
7. Accurately transmit reports to clients.
8. Perform various laboratory tests under supervision, such as urine and stool testing.
9. Collect blood samples from patients as needed.
10. Assist in other departments as required.
11. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
