Support Provider:
Deliver assistance, guidance, and engaging activities to individuals and groups facing diverse challenges in a community setting.
Providers undergo thorough training in community engagement and receive ongoing professional support.
Duties:
- Establish rapport with clients or groups
- Help promote stability and well-being by offering respite and relief
- Organize community activities that are suitable and safe
- Ensure supervision, boundaries, and behavior management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Valid driving license with a clean record
Schedule:
- Part-time (up to 15 hours per week)
- Membership in the Community Support Workers Union
- Non-exempt status
- Starting hourly rate of $20.12
