Job Title: Student Assistant – IT Support (Smith), S30
Supervised by: Jane Smith
Key Responsibilities
The Student Assistant will provide support as requested by the supervisor. Tasks may include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations, responding to user inquiries, maintaining equipment, and other related duties. Student Assistants will also receive training and mentorship as part of the role.
Regular check-ins with the supervisor will be conducted for feedback and performance evaluation.

Salary Range:
$15.50 – 16.75 per hour, based on experience at DigiPen

Work Environment:
The role may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and fine motor skills. Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs might be required. The job typically involves 75% sitting, 15% walking, and 10% standing.
DigiPen Student Employee Criteria:
- Enrolled as a Student at DigiPen Institute of Technology
- Maintaining Good Academic Standing
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Successful completion of IT-101 or equivalent course
