Switchboard Operator – Seasonal – Evenings/Weekends

The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing communication channels within the organization. This position involves handling various communication methods professionally and efficiently. The coordinator ensures that inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately, providing necessary information or directing calls accordingly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to the following tasks)

• Respond to general inquiries about services without the need for call transfers.
• Assist individuals in navigating facilities and connecting with relevant departments or personnel.
• Maintain a polite phone demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurately document caller and employee information, including names and contact details.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties.
• Keep records of inbound calls related to specific services for effective coordination.
• Address radio communications from various departments as required.
• Support Front Desk operations by responding to guest inquiries and calls when needed.
